My name is Fraser and I am looking to hire a professional photographer for a residential rental listing in Paraparaumu.
We are seeking a fixed fee quote for a simple, quick-turnaround property shoot for online listing purposes.
Property & Scope Details
Property Type: 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house.
Location: Paraparaumu (Full address will be provided upon booking confirmation).
Shoot Date/Time: We are ideally looking for Saturday 18th October within the time slot of 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm.
Required Deliverables: A maximum of 12 edited, high-resolution photos.
Photography Requirements
The finished images must be bright, professionally edited (e.g., colour corrected, corrected for verticals, and sharp), and ready for immediate use on a real estate platform.
Key areas to be photographed include:
Exterior: Front façade and primary backyard/garden area.
Interior: All 3 bedrooms, the main bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, dining area, and the laundry/half-bath.
Technical: The photographer must use their own professional equipment.
Quote and Availability
